I use Shelfari. It is more appealing than Goodreads.com, but it doesn't seem to do as much sharing. With the latter, I get an email each day with all the reviews my friends posted, which tends to add to my to-read pile. Shelfari is much more attractive to look at, though.
I know what you mean Aaron about the adding to the "to read" pile. I don't think I would have time to get to anything else in the world (including Family Feud, drat) if I read all of the books I found interesting on Shelfari so I can't imagine what things would be like with recommendations from my friends!!!
